This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your physical and digital orders across Nepal.

1️⃣ Delivery Coverage

Ovvor Trade delivers all over Nepal, including:

  1. Kathmandu Valley
  2. Major cities
  3. Rural and remote locations


2️⃣ Delivery Time (Physical Products)

We follow a simple delivery timeline:

🟦 Inside Kathmandu Valley

  1. 1–2 working days

🟧 Outside Kathmandu Valley

  1. 3–4 working days

🟥 Remote Areas

  1. 4–7 working days (depending on courier availability)

⚠️ Possible Delays

  1. Bad weather
  2. Bandha / strikes
  3. Festive seasons
  4. Courier delays
  5. Public holidays

We always try to deliver your order as fast as possible.


3️⃣ Shipping Charges

Shipping charge depends on:

  1. Delivery location
  2. Product size & weight
  3. Courier partner

You will always see the exact shipping cost during checkout.

Inside KTM: Low delivery fee

Outside KTM: Standard courier rates

Large appliances: Extra handling fee may apply


4️⃣ Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will get:

  1. SMS updates
  2. Email updates
  3. Tracking link (if available)

Track anytime from the My Orders section.


5️⃣Failed Delivery Attempt

If the delivery agent cannot reach you:

  1. They will try 2 times
  2. They may call you
  3. If still unreachable, order may return to us

Re-delivery may need additional charges.


6️⃣ Damaged Package Policy

If your package looks damaged:

  1. Take photos
  2. Record a short unboxing video
  3. Contact us within 48 hours

We will inspect and help you with replacement or return as per our Return Policy.


7️⃣ Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If the customer enters the wrong address:

  1. Delivery may delay
  2. Order might be returned
  3. Extra charge may apply for re-delivery
